Wolverine 38 Review
Author: Daniel Way
Breakdowns: Javier Saltares
Finishes: Mark Texeria
Cover: Kaare Andrews
Not really sure what Marvel and Daniel Way are doing in this Origins and Endings arc. I'm not sure if they are trying to save the entire story for the final installation or if this is the lead up to the Wolverine Origins book. What I am sure of is that this review is going to be quick, because like the past issues in Way's run, nothing has happened. On the art side of things again Mark Texeria delivers what he can, not his fault every panel is boring and drawn out. It's anyone's guess why Texeria needs a breakdown artist; hell the man has carried monthly title books in the past by himself.

So far we have much of the same crap that has happened in the previous issues: Wolvie is looking for answers, but with no resolution. No kidding, there is one whole splash page devoted to Wolvie walking down stairs and another one when he enters the room. This reminds me of the first year of Image titles, there were five pages of nothing but yelling with no dialogue. I appreciate that Way actually takes knowledge that Logan is part of the Avengers and actually uses that towards the end of the story. Everything else in this issue is just more build up.
