When will Todd McFarlane give up?
I thought the debate of ownership of Miracleman was over? Is that shit still going? Fuck, let it go Todd! Just swallow your pride and go back and draw some issues of Spider-man, before you drain all your company's money. Or does he still draw or have money for that matter? So, in an effort to move on with his life, or smack Neil Gaiman in the face; Todd McFarlane figures have a new listing for a toy with the name of Man of Miracles. I guess when you have so much money than you know what to do with, you just mass produce a crappy action figure to spit in Gaiman's face! You can check out some more pics of this action figure here.

action figure or slightly moveable statue?
Doesn't much matter if Neil Gaiman didn't approve the use of the character; from the fact that they're calling him "Man of Miracles" and not "MiracleMan", I think it's safe to assume that's the case.
Oh, it completely matters. Jacket and"name change" be damned. That is still the shirt and symbol from Miracleman. Those are enough to establish that Todd is violating his court order and it is actionable. Look for the new court case soon.
The truly sad thing is this, if Todd had changed the shirt aswell, he would have no problems. Him leaving it is simply arrogance.
I thought the same thing but there is the 30% rule, as long as its 30% different then the other costume I think he can have it, ths symbol seems to be the exact same so it just depends on how much he can defend it with that jacket.
That would be true, but just as the Superman symbol is protected, this would be the case here as well. That is VERY obviously the Miraceman "Double M".
I'm sure Gaiman's Lawyers are already working on it, it all boils down to the correct paperwork on trademark laws with the symbol. About two issues back in Spawn Man of Mircles was introduced though he didn't look at all like the statue.
