Agreed.
And... is Winter Soldier really that much of a badass? I'm not very familiar with him.
You gotta admit though, a lot of the other stuff was spot on, like:

Yeah I'd say they have a bout half of the stuff right on imo.
Wow...just...wow...
That list is crap on a stick. I agree with Chris saying that it's about half right but even then I don't give it that much credit. I would give the best Comic Moment to "I'm the goddam Batman!" simply because it has provided the greatest amount of jokes.
