The kind folks at Mattel sent us these images of their new DC Superheroes line-up. These figures come out in late June and they consist of: KnightShadow Batman, Camo-Bane, Batgirl, and Two Face. I'm a little surprised to see Black Panther and Tommy Lee Jones get figures from DC.

I think they're bloody awful, with the exception of Bane, although he's just a partial repaint of the old version... I actually bought that one just this week, but mine didn't come with his teddy bear, dammit!

They seem so random. Like "Okay, we've run out of actual characters to make for the Batman line, so now let's do all the stupid variants that no one will buy, like we do with every other Batman line we allow to go out".
Heck I'd rather see a Red Robin, then a "specialty" Batman. Hell, even a Calculator or a Dr. Phosphorus! What the hell's next? "Scuba-Diver Batman"?
I am all over the Batgirl. It looks good.
Can what Bane is wearing be classified as a shirt? Ii don't think so, it looks more like nipple warmers to me. The Batgirl is the only okay one, but her arms look a tad too short, but it may just be the angle idk.
Can't we have a Wonder Woman or Green Arrow Line?
Or a Flash line might be fun. Just one or two waves of him and some of the Rogues. And have A Jay, Barry, Wally, and Bart in there.
