About Heroes Episode 85
The new year brings us the conclusion of One More Day, and we get everyone in to talk about it! We also read some e-mail and talk about the Resurrection of Ra's Al Ghul, Batman 672, Justice League of America 16, Messiah Complex, Teen Titans 54, Immortal Iron Fist, and the new Transformers Animated series.
Also, I'm trying out a new naming scheme with this episode, so those of you with tiny-screened players won't have to guess which episode you're about to listen to. We'll see how iTunes deals with it.

I knew that you all would not let me down. I bet my best bud that shares comics as a hobby thinks this is ok and has rationalized it to no end. Ben, I think maybe J Q's wife has already left him and this is his way of sharing the misery. You were wrong in not dropping the book. I dropped it after the first part. No freakin' way was I gonna give Quesada and company any of my limited comicbook buying funds for what I saw a the crappiest thing since Clone Saga. At least that was just taking things too far for too long. Howard Mackie drove that bus of the cliff and down into an ocean of blahness, but at least he tried to maintain the characters. Listening to you all discuss OMD lessened the sting of finding out the conclusion. Thank you like-minded comicbook readers.
At least I have Buffy.
I want to take a second to point something out.
And this is easy if you have iTunes.
We have had a consistant schedule of released podcasts since July!!!
If you look we have had a podcast come out pretty much 4 times a month, and in October 5 times! If you look at our track record since we started I don't think we have ever been this consistant before.
I think the new years resolution for the AH Crew is to keep this streak going for the entire year! And you guys know what happens in April (maybe March)? Episodes 100!!!
Thanks for listening everybody!!!!!!!!
A friend of mine introduced me to this podcast and I haven't been able to stop listening. I even went back and listened to the first episode with just Dan and Omar. You guys have come a long way. While I do enjoy the large casts, I love listening to Dan and Omar, because they are so different in the geek spectrum. Dan is so calm and extremely knowledgable about the genre while Omar is insane and a blast to hear because I literaly can not stop laughing when the guy breaks it down. Both are great to listen to and makes me remember the time I used to hang at my local shop back in Queens oh so many years ago.
Of course everyone else is a special treat to listen to. Melanie, Spider-bne, Chris, and Nick are full of useful information and are part of the great formula that makes Aboutheroes feel like going back home. Chris, I wouldn't mind it if the show came out twice a week, but that's just wishful thinking. Thanks all.
