Episode 91 - Kernel Panic
32 minutes into the podcast we were recording last night, my computer freaked out and threw a kernel panic. Once I'd rebooted, I was able to find the file, but it was hopelessly garbled, so we couldn't use it. So we recorded another 50:00 worth of show, talking about Uncanny X-Men 495, X-Factor 28, X-Force 01, Wolverine 62, New Avengers 38, Booster Gold 00, Countdown 11, JSA 12, The Goon 21, Fantastic Four 554, BPRD 1946 2, Abe Sapien - The Drowning 1, Walking Dead 46, Spawn 175, Green Arrow - Black Canary 5 and Salvation Run 5.
For those who aren't particularly fond of their aural sanity, I went ahead and attached the ruined (but still somewhat comprehensible) audio after the main podcast. For you sane folks out there, stop listening after 'stay geeky.'

It should have been called Episode 91- May God have mercy on all our souls.
Got nothing but love for ya Jeff, Chris was right I figured you sent it to all of the group, my bad amigo.
Chris, Ted Kord is the shit, read ole school JLI man...you will grow to love the goofiness of Blue and Gold even more.
Batma....I mean, The Dude, is out.
I know, Nick. Just didn't want that nugget of geekiness to go unmined. LOL
Oh fuck, I sent it to the wrong person.
What is Keith talking about?
The favorite podcast moments. I could have swore the podcast said to send those to about heroes but the page said to send them to doctor who fan.
Either one is fine they'll find their way to the right person/people/hero
I think a better title for this episode would be "More Nitrous". I dug out the old whippet canister, and it all made perfect sense. Seriously, you guys nailed it on New Avengers #38. What a turd! I'm a big Avengers fanatic, and this is total crap. I loved Millar's FF, why couldn't he work on an Avengers book? The new Mighty Avengers with Dr Doom is pretty damn good, though.
One thing thats great about your name (About Heroes) is it's always the first title to appear on my Ipod's Artists screen. That's right, no fuckin' ABBA in my library.
Can you please post the guys website who wants fans' info for your 100th show. My favorite time was when the one guy said he wishes Joe Quesada's wife would leave him (after Brand New Gay).
My first super-hero comic I remember (and still have) is Uncanny X-men Annual #7 with the Impossible Man. This is IMO the greatest era for Marvel. If you've never read this, do yourselves a favor. Iron Man and She-Hulk vs. Colossus and Rogue!! No wonder I got hooked.
