Layer Cake was alright, the ending kinda left me going...wtf!?
If none of you have seen Revolver I suggest that as another movie in the vein of Layer Cake but a bit more odd, plus crazy Ray Liotta.
Scott Pilgrim is bad ass, Chris read the damn thing, seriously its good shit
Surrogates I keep hearing mixed things about glad to hear some more people's perspectives, the fact that the artwork has a Templesmith resemblance to it, has me looking for the thing already.
If any of you have a chance, and you dig Greg Rucka, I suggest his Queen & Country stuff. Actually even if you don't dig much of Rucka's stuff I suggest it. Second suggestion is maybe his Crime Bible stuff, which art and story both on that stuff was top notch
Locke & Key = BAD ASS
For those that dig Locke and Key I also suggest The Great and Secret Show which. its more or less the same type of art style and the story is pretty damn weird.
Also GG references, classic. Bass be a cool bastard yo.

Revolver is complete shit. If you liked Layer Cake or any movie for that matter stay the hell away from Revolver. You are the only one I know of who has e=said anything positive about Revolver.
yeah, revolver is a huuuuge steaming pile, stay the hell away. there's a reason a trailer came out and then a million days later i tripped over it at blockbuster wondering 'when did this come out in theaters?' it's awful. rock'n'rolla's fun though. same old crap, but with king leonidas filling in for mr statham!
and high-fives to nick over the bass-love! XOXO (lolz)
Ninja Turtles is still the best Indie Comic movie of all time. :)
