So IGN released concept art for the main character of the Spider-Man 3 game coming out for all the Next-Gens (I'm assuming it'll be when the movie comes out). Quickly after posting said pics, I think Sony bitch-slapped them or something, because the pics were removed faster than a tub of cookie dough ice cream at a weight watchers convention. Wellll, a friend of mine managed to snag the pics and save them to his hard-drive before they were yanked,
and in the spirit of paying things forward, here you go. We may not have been able to see what Venom looked like in the new trailer, but gosh darnit, this has to be the next best thing, and i have to say, I like it. They stay true to the black costume of Spidey in the movie, while staying true to the Venom we know / love / get a little annoyed with every now and then in the comics.

This thursday at 10:00 on MTV (*shudders*) there's going to be a preview of the new Spider-Man 3 trailer airing during the show 'duel', which i think is that stupid yo-mama show hosted by Fez. It's a crap-tastic show, but thankfully, I have access to Tivo and am going to set it to record and just skim through the poop to find the golden nugget of Spidey Goodness.

There's a good chance it's going to be all over Youtube and stuff afterwards, but just in case, don't miss it! If you do miss it and it doesn't make it's way to the net, it will also be attached to the new James Bond Movie "Casino Royale" when it comes out about a week later. I am guessing it's a finished version of the trailer they showed at the San Diego Comicon this year, which I'm stoked for since I didn't get in due to incredibly long lines. I make no promises, but in that version, there's an excellent shot of Venom, who eats the screen, at the very end. So heads up fanboys! Some spidey goodness is on it's way to help tide you over until may!
